Film Czech

Učebnice Film Czech je určena studentům filmu a fotografie, kteří chtějí dosáhnout jazykové úrovně A1. Soubor prakticky orientovaných lekcí pomáhá zvládnout nejběžnější komunikační situace, do kterých studenti vstupují, a zároveň si osvojit základní slovní zásobu oboru. Během cca 50 hodin výuky se studenti naučí asi 550 slov. Prezentace gramatických pravidel přihlíží k potřebám neslovanských jazykových mluvčích a je zjednodušená do té míry, aby ze všech čtyř dovedností, které kurz rozvíjí, tj. mluvení, poslechu, čtení a psaní, mohl být hlavní důraz kladen na mluvení. Film Czech is a textbook for students of film and photography who want to reach the A1 level. It will help students acquire the vocabulary of their field and communicate in most common situations they encounter. Through approximately 50 teaching units students will learn about 550 words. The course is designed to develop the four communicative skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. To meet the needs of non-Slavic language learners, grammar is presented in simplified form, and emphasis is placed on developing speaking skills. Ilona Starý Kořánová je překladatelka a od roku 1997 učí češtinu pro cizince na Karlově univerzitě v Praze. V letech 2001 až 2003 působila na katedře slavistiky UCLA, později také na univerzitách v Sheffieldu, Tampere a Ghentu. Výukou češtiny pro studenty filmu a fotografie se zabývá od roku 2004. Ilona Starý Kořánová is a translator and has taught in the department of Czech as a Foreign Language at Charles University in Prague since 1997. Between 2001 and 2003 she taught in the Slavic Studies department at the University of California, Los Angeles. Since then, she has taught at the universities of Sheffield, Tampere and Ghent. She has been teaching Czech to students of film and photography since 2004.
